The Come Up Challenge is a 30-day implementation program running October 1–30, 2026, followed by a live Graduation Day on October 31, 2026, delivered online. Your purchase gives you access for the challenge period to daily video walkthroughs and prompts, the in-app tools included with the challenge (Product Generator, Content Factory, and Phases 1–8 of the core program), the private community known as the Room, scheduled live group sessions, and a personalized graduation certificate upon completion.

Session dates, tool features, and content may be adjusted, improved, or rescheduled. We will always deliver a program of equal or greater substance to what is described on the sales page.

The Come Up Challenge is a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable tax.

Split-payment options such as Klarna and Afterpay may be offered at checkout. These are third-party services with their own terms, approval decisions, fees, and collection practices. Aariah and Bellah Roze Brandwealth Studio LLC do not provide, underwrite, control, or guarantee those services, approval for them, or their continued availability. Any dispute regarding a split-payment plan is between you and that provider.

Due to the fully digital nature of the Program, and because Aariah personally shows up live for 5 sessions as part of this offer, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the Program. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason.

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us at Dannii@digitalsuccesscodez.com may result in immediate termination of access.

You agree to keep the Room a respectful space: no harassment, hate speech, spam, unsolicited pitching of unrelated offers, or sharing of other participants' private content outside the community. We may remove content or revoke access for conduct that harms other participants, without refund.

Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login, resell access, or redistribute program materials, videos, templates, or generated assets.

You own what you build. Any product, workbook, lead magnet, storefront, or other asset you create during the challenge is yours, including anything produced with the in-app tools. You keep full commercial rights to it.

Program materials themselves — the daily videos, prompts, templates, and software — remain the property of Bellah Roze Brandwealth Studio LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only.

By posting publicly about the challenge using the challenge hashtag or tagging us, you grant us permission to feature, repost, or share that public post and your visible name or handle in our marketing, at no cost. This applies only to content you have already made public. You can ask us to stop using a specific post at any time by emailing us.

Nothing in this program is a promise of earnings. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, audience growth, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on your effort, your market, your offer, and factors outside anyone's control.

Any example, case study, or result shared is illustrative and is not a promise that you will experience the same. This program is education, not financial, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellah Roze Brandwealth Studio LLC, Aariah, and anyone working with them are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the program.

Total liability for any claim relating to the program is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. The program is provided "as is," and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to third-party platforms used alongside it.

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting a live cohort will be communicated by email. Continued use of the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.

By participating in The Come Up Challenge, including any live sessions, you agree to allow Bellah Roze Brandwealth Studio LLC ("we," "us," "our") to record, use, and distribute your voice, image, and likeness as captured during live sessions or any other recorded portion of the Program, for use in promoting the Program and our business, in any media format now known or later developed. You may opt out of being recorded by not turning on your camera or microphone during live sessions, or by not attending live sessions. You waive any right to inspect or approve recordings before they are used. We own all rights to recordings made during the Program.

You agree not to dispute or attempt to reverse any charge made for the Program with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider (including Klarna and Afterpay) without first contacting us directly at Dannii@digitalsuccesscodez.com to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any overdraft, over-limit, or other fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from this Agreement or the Program must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania. Any cause of action must be commenced within one (1) year after it accrues, or it is permanently barred.

All materials provided as part of the Program — including videos, daily prompts, workbooks, checklists, templates, and any other content — are the copyrighted property of Bellah Roze Brandwealth Studio LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or use this content for commercial purposes outside of your personal participation in the Program without our express written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bellah Roze Brandwealth Studio LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement, your use of the Program, or any content you submit or post in connection with the Program.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
