DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ACCESS DELIVERY All products sold by Bellah Roze LLC are digital products, digital education, mentorship access, or community-based services. Delivery of the product is considered complete once access is granted, including but not limited to: Access to digital training, videos, or educational materials Access to private groups, mentorship communities, or memberships Access to live or recorded calls Access to proprietary strategies, frameworks, or intellectual property Once access is granted, the product has been fully delivered. 3. NO REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access granted: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances Buyer’s remorse does not qualify for a refund Failure to implement, dissatisfaction with results, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund Digital access, information, mentorship, and community entry cannot be returned or undone By purchasing, you acknowledge that you cannot return digital information or access once received. 4. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any product or service delivered. Any attempt to: File a chargeback Reverse a payment Dispute a charge after access has been granted Will be considered a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback or dispute is filed: Your access may be immediately revoked without notice You may be permanently removed from all programs and communities Bellah Roze LLC reserves the right to submit all evidence of access, usage, and activity to the payment processor or bank Continued access, viewing, or participation after filing a dispute constitutes unauthorized use. 5. MENTORSHIP, COMMUNITY & GROUP ACCESS Mentorship programs, memberships, and private groups are: Provided as educational and informational services Not guarantees of income, success, or results Bellah Roze LLC reserves the right to: Remove any member at its sole discretion Terminate access for violations of these Terms Remove access if a dispute, chargeback, or policy violation occurs 6. ONE-ON-ONE CALLS & SCHEDULING If your purchase includes one-on-one calls: You are responsible for scheduling your call Calls are non-refundable Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the call. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, materials, videos, strategies, frameworks, text, graphics, recordings, and training provided are the intellectual property of Bellah Roze LLC. You may not: Copy, reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any content Use materials for commercial purposes Share access credentials or materials with others Unauthorized use may result in legal action. 8. NO GUARANTEES / EARNINGS DISCLAIMER Bellah Roze LLC provides education and mentorship only. We do not guarantee: Income Business success Sales Results of any kind Your outcomes depend entirely on your effort, skill, consistency, and execution. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY All content and services are provided “as is.” Bellah Roze LLC shall not be liable for: Direct or indirect damages Loss of income, data, or profits Business interruptions Third-party platform issues (Stan Store, Zoom, payment processors, etc.) 10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in North Carolina. 11. MODIFICATIONS Bellah Roze LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
