This Privacy Policy explains how CEO Identity GPS (“Zenyx”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the app, website, storefronts, and related services (the “Service”). It describes our current practices. If our practices change materially, we will update this policy and notify users.
1. Information You Provide
- Account and profile information — name, email, username, avatar, bio, phone, and address where you provide it.
- Zara conversations and Identity Interview answers, including anything you choose to share about your life and work experience.
- Voice input and the transcripts created from it.
- Uploaded files and images.
- Product, storefront, offer, and pricing information you create.
- Business goals, preferences, and settings.
- Content you publish in the community or through your store.
- Communications and support requests.
2. Information Zenyx Generates About You
Our systems create new information from what you share, including:
- Your Identity Blueprint.
- Inferred expertise and hidden systems drawn from your experience.
- Ideal-buyer profiles and audience intelligence.
- Product ideas, formats, and pricing suggestions.
- Opportunity scores and market-confidence ratings.
- Content recommendations and commercial classifications.
These outputs are predictions and suggestions, not guarantees, and they are linked to your account so we can personalize the Service for you.
3. Usage and Technical Data
- Browser and device type.
- IP address.
- Login and security logs.
- Feature usage and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies needed to run the Service.
- Error and performance logs.
We do not collect precise geolocation, your contacts, unrelated private communications, unrelated device activity, biometric identifiers, or full payment-card numbers.
4. How We Use Information
- Operate your account and the Service.
- Create your Identity Blueprint and personalize recommendations.
- Recommend products, formats, prices, buyers, and content.
- Run your storefront, process orders, and pay sellers.
- Provide support and communicate with you.
- Maintain safety, security, and fraud prevention.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Analyze and improve Zenyx (see Section 6).
We collect information because it serves one of these purposes — not because it might be useful someday.
5. AI Processing
Zenyx is an AI-powered platform. AI systems process the information you provide in order to:
- understand your goals and business context;
- analyze your lived experience and the problems you have solved;
- identify expertise you may not have recognized as commercially valuable;
- generate your Identity Blueprint;
- recommend digital products, formats, and prices;
- define and refine your ideal buyer;
- generate marketing content, emails, and launch plans;
- analyze business opportunities and rank them; and
- personalize what you see across the platform.
Your Zara conversations and Identity Interview answers are stored in your account — they are not ephemeral. AI outputs can be inaccurate; you remain responsible for decisions you make using them.
6. Personalization vs. Product Improvement
Personalization means using your information to improve your individual experience: your Blueprint, your recommendations, your pricing analysis, your content plan.
Product improvement means using de-identified, aggregated, analytical, or feedback information to make Zenyx better for everyone — improving our prompts, recommendation and ranking systems, commercial intelligence, features, and user experience. Before information is used for cross-user learning, we remove direct identifiers such as names, emails, account identifiers, handles, phone numbers, and links, and we keep the commercial lesson rather than the personal story. For example, a personal account of reorganizing a household during a difficult period may become an anonymous signal such as “developed household organization systems during a major life disruption.”
If you edit or delete an answer, we stop personalizing your account from the outdated version. Aggregated insights that no longer identify you and cannot reasonably be linked back to you may remain.
7. Sensitive Information
Conversations with Zara may naturally touch on sensitive subjects. We ask you to share only what is relevant to your business assessment. We do not build permanent structured profiles of health, religion, race or ethnicity, political beliefs, sexual orientation, abuse, addiction, grief, disability, or family circumstances, and we do not infer such characteristics to sharpen recommendations. Where sensitive context appears, our systems are designed to retain the commercial lesson rather than the personal detail.
8. Voice Input and Retention of Audio
When you speak to Zara, your audio is sent to a transcription provider and converted to text within the request. We do not retain raw interview audio; the transcript is what is saved to your account so you can review and edit it. If we ever add a feature that deliberately saves audio, we will disclose it and give you control over it.
9. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We do use service providers who process information on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to deliver their service. Categories include:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure;
- database and storage providers;
- AI model providers;
- speech-to-text transcription providers;
- analytics and error monitoring;
- email delivery;
- payment processing and payouts;
- customer support tooling; and
- security and fraud-prevention providers.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Buyers of your products receive the information needed to fulfil their order.
10. Cross-User Learning
Zenyx learns patterns across the platform — for example, that a particular problem is frequently reported, or that a particular product format tends to sell at a particular price. These patterns are aggregate. We never show one user's identity, answers, or Blueprint to another user, and we do not tell a user that a specific identifiable person has a particular problem.
11. Advertising
We do not build cross-platform behavioural advertising profiles, and we do not repurpose Identity Interview information for third-party targeted advertising. If that ever changes, we will complete a privacy review, update this policy, notify users, and provide consent or opt-out mechanisms where required — and we will not silently apply new uses to information collected before the change.
12. Retention
- Active account information — kept while your account exists.
- Raw interview audio — not retained after transcription.
- Transcripts, Blueprints, and assets — kept while your account exists.
- Prior versions of edited answers — kept only for version recovery, security, or reliability, for up to 90 days.
- Security and login logs — 12 to 24 months.
- Email send and engagement logs — up to 24 months.
- Analytics and error logs — up to 12 months.
- Transaction, payout, and tax records — as long as legally or operationally required.
- De-identified and aggregated insights — may be kept longer, because they no longer identify individuals.
When you request deletion, we remove your account data from live systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups age out within 90 days, and we retain records where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud, or security reasons. Deletion is therefore not instantaneous.
13. Security
We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, authentication controls, least-privilege and role-based access, environment separation, managed secrets, logging of privileged access, rate limiting, secure backups, and vulnerability review. Staff and contractor access to personal user data is limited to those who need it for their work, and raw Identity Interview content is not broadly available internally. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Your Choices and Rights
In your dashboard under Privacy & Data you can review what Zenyx knows about your business, download a copy of your data, edit your information, manage communication preferences, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to appeal a decision. Contact us to exercise those rights.
15. Zoom Integration
If you connect Zoom, we use Zoom's OAuth authorization to create and manage meetings for the calls and webinars you schedule here.
- What we store: your Zoom account identifier, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, and the meeting ID, join URL, passcode, start time, and duration for meetings we create for you.
- What we never access: Zoom recordings, in-meeting chat, participant lists, contacts, or meeting contents.
- How it is shared: join links for a paid event go only to buyers of that event.
- Deletion: disconnecting Zoom, or uninstalling from the Zoom Marketplace, deletes your stored tokens and connection record. Meetings already created remain in your own Zoom account.
16. Age Requirement
Zenyx is built for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we will delete such information if we learn we have it.
17. International Users
We operate in the United States, and information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate.
18. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
