Zoom Integration
If you choose to connect your Zoom account, we use Zoom's OAuth authorization to create and manage meetings on your behalf for the live calls and webinars you schedule on this platform.
- What we store: your Zoom account identifier, the OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest), and the meeting ID, join URL, passcode, start time, and duration for meetings we create for you.
- What we never access: Zoom recordings, in-meeting chat, participant lists, contacts, or the contents of any meeting.
- How it is shared: join links for a paid event are shared only with buyers of that event, through their order confirmation email and buyer portal.
- Deletion: when you disconnect Zoom in your integration settings, or uninstall the app from the Zoom Marketplace, we delete your stored Zoom tokens and connection record. Meetings already created remain in your own Zoom account.

We take reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.
Your Rights
Users may update their information, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or request deletion of their data by contacting support.
Children
