Due to the digital nature of CEO Identity GPS, all sales are final.
Once access to the platform, tools, or resources is granted, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be issued.
Why This Policy Exists
CEO Identity GPS provides immediate access to proprietary digital frameworks, downloadable materials, and training resources. Once delivered, the value cannot be returned.
No Chargebacks
By purchasing access, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback occurs, access may be permanently revoked and evidence of delivered services may be provided to contest the dispute.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan or installment option is selected, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Program Access
Access is granted immediately or within the stated delivery timeframe. Users are responsible for ensuring they can access the platform.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered for duplicate charges caused by verified technical errors or confirmed system failures.
All exceptions are determined at the sole discretion of the company.
