These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CEO Identity GPS™ App, website, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login information,
- all activity that occurs under your account, and
- ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
2. License & Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business use, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- share your login with others or resell access to the Service,
- copy, redistribute, or publicly display substantial portions of the content or App logic,
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code,
- use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, starting on the date of signup. There is no free trial — your subscription begins immediately upon purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
A free plan is available with limited access for users who do not wish to subscribe to a paid tier.
4. Payments, Refunds & Digital Goods Policy
CEO Identity GPS provides digital services and digital goods including but not limited to: software access, AI-generated content, templates, frameworks, digital products, downloadable files, and educational materials.
Digital goods and services are non-refundable.
Once you have accessed the Service, generated content, downloaded files, or used any features during your paid period, a refund cannot be issued. This is because:
- Digital goods cannot be returned or resold,
- Access to the software and generated content is immediate and irreversible,
- The value is delivered at the moment of signup and first use.
Paid subscriptions
Once you are charged for a paid plan, refunds are not available under any circumstances, including:
- If you change your mind about the purchase,
- If you did not use the full features,
- If you cancel after the billing date,
- If you claim you did not intend to be charged.
Your continued use of the Service after purchase constitutes acceptance of charges and forfeiture of refund rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, frameworks, trainings, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the tools and templates to build and run your own business, but you do not acquire ownership of the App, the frameworks, or the underlying code.
6. No Earnings Guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money or achieve any particular business result. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
The Service may integrate with tools such as payment processors, email providers, or AI models. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for access within the previous three months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its partners from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and clicking “I Agree” to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined above, including the subscription billing terms, the automatic renewal policy, and the non-refundable digital goods policy.
You further acknowledge that you understand digital goods are non-refundable once accessed, and that you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
12. Dispute Resolution
By using this platform you agree that any disputes arising from your use of CEO Identity GPS will be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not through class action litigation.
13. User Generated Content
Users are prohibited from uploading copyrighted material they do not own. CEO Identity GPS is not liable for user uploaded content that violates copyright law. To report copyright infringement please contact us at our designated contact email.
