This Notice supplements the Zenyx Privacy Policy and explains data practices specific to The Come Up Challenge. The general Zenyx Privacy Policy remains controlling for platform-wide practices.
Information we collect
- enrollment, contact and account information such as name, email, phone where provided, username, user ID, and account profile;
- transaction and order details, payment status, amount, timestamps, and processor identifiers — but never full card numbers;
- checkout and legal-acceptance records, including policy versions, acceptance time, order and user identifiers, and technical audit information reasonably necessary to prove consent and prevent fraud;
- Challenge activity and progress, completed days, credits, downloads, attendance or session access when tracked, feature usage, timestamps, support communications, and graduation status;
- proof submissions, public URLs, screenshots, uploaded files, Community reflections and posts, private notes, captions, reported results, and public handles;
- device, browser, IP, security, error, and analytics information as described in the general Privacy Policy.
How we use it
We use this data to process enrollment and payment; provide access, credits, content, downloads, live sessions, support, Community and graduation; track completion and proof; secure the program; prevent fraud and account sharing; send transactional notices; resolve disputes; comply with legal and accounting obligations; improve the Challenge using aggregated or de-identified information; and use intentionally submitted or public Challenge-related content under the Content License in the Come Up Challenge Terms.
Public versus private
Public post URLs, public social posts, and Community posts may be visible to other users or to the public, depending on the destination you select. Proof screenshots and Community reflections may be displayed in Challenge and Community surfaces as described.
Private notes, unpublished drafts, Zara conversations, raw Identity Blueprint responses, and unrelated personal content are not made public and are not licensed for organic marketing merely because you joined the Challenge. Private fields are labeled as private in the interface.
Sharing
We may share data with contracted service providers needed for hosting, database and storage, authentication, AI, email and SMS delivery, analytics, security, customer support, Zoom and live events, and Stripe or payment processing; when legally required; to protect rights or safety; or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Challenge identity data to build third-party behavioral advertising profiles.
Retention
We keep Challenge participation, proof, transaction, and acceptance records for the operational, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution periods described in the general Privacy Policy, or as otherwise reasonably necessary. Account deletion and privacy requests are handled under the general Privacy Policy, subject to lawful retention and to de-identified or aggregate data.
Choices and rights
You may manage communications, request access, correction or deletion where applicable, and prospectively withdraw permission for new organic marketing uses by contacting Support@bellahroze.com. Withdrawal does not erase lawful transaction or proof records, and does not require recall of materials already published or distributed before the request was processed.
Security, international processing and age
The general Zenyx Privacy Policy’s security, international-processing, and adult-only provisions apply to the Challenge. Participation is limited to adults. No system is perfectly secure.
