These Come Up Challenge Terms (“Challenge Terms”) govern enrollment and participation in The Come Up Challenge (“Challenge”), operated by Bellah Roze Brand and Wealth Studio LLC through Zenyx / CEO Identity GPS (“Zenyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Challenge Terms supplement the general Zenyx Terms of Service. By purchasing or enrolling and affirmatively accepting these Challenge Terms, you agree to both. If these documents conflict about a Challenge-specific matter, these Challenge Terms control.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not share, transfer, resell, or provide another person access to your Challenge account, materials, live links, software access, or credits.
2. Program and delivery
The Challenge is a 30-day implementation experience scheduled for October 1–30, 2026, with a virtual Graduation Day scheduled for October 31, 2026. It may include Zenyx tools and credits, daily implementation assignments, downloadable materials, Community participation, instruction videos, live Zoom sessions, recordings when offered, coaching or team support, and graduation activities. Reasonable scheduling, speaker, feature, or delivery changes may occur, with notice where practical.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, attendance, implementation, publishing decisions, account integrations, payment processor setup, and legal and business compliance. Missed sessions, unused credits, incomplete assignments, failure to participate, or failure to obtain a desired outcome do not create refund eligibility. Challenge credits are promotional, nontransferable, have no cash value, and may expire on the date disclosed in the Challenge.
Continued software or storefront access after the Challenge may require a paid Zenyx plan, as disclosed at enrollment.
3. Intellectual property
Zenyx, CEO Identity GPS, The Come Up Challenge, and all software, frameworks, prompts, worksheets, recordings, training, templates, methods, designs, and program materials are owned by or licensed to Bellah Roze Brand and Wealth Studio LLC and protected by law. Enrollment gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use program materials for your own business.
You may not copy, distribute, teach, sell, sublicense, upload to shared drives or AI/model-training datasets, publish substantial portions of, scrape, reverse engineer, or create a competing product from Challenge materials. You retain ownership of your own original businesses, products, stories, posts, and submissions.
4. Build-in-public participation and content license
The Challenge is intentionally designed as a build-in-public experience. You may be asked to create public posts, submit proof by URL or screenshot, use #TheComeUpChallenge, identify your participation, and share progress in the Zenyx Community.
You retain ownership of your original content. By intentionally:
- (a) submitting content, screenshots, links, reflections, results, or other proof through a Challenge proof form;
- (b) publishing it in the Zenyx Community; or
- (c) publicly posting Challenge-related content using #TheComeUpChallenge, tagging Zenyx or Queen Aariah, or clearly identifying it as part of The Come Up Challenge,
you grant Bellah Roze Brand and Wealth Studio LLC and Zenyx a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, repost, excerpt, crop, resize, caption, format, and distribute that Challenge-related content, together with your displayed name, username, business name, profile image, and public handle, for:
- operating and documenting the Challenge;
- Zenyx Community and Challenge displays;
- organic Zenyx and Bellah Roze-owned social-media posts;
- Zenyx websites, emails, sales pages, newsletters, presentations, and Challenge recaps;
- promotion of future Come Up Challenge cohorts and Zenyx educational programming.
The license does not transfer ownership. Zenyx may not materially change the meaning of your statement, fabricate results, present private notes as public statements, or make income or result claims you did not actually report and confirm. Your content will not be used as the central creative in a paid advertisement without your separate written permission. Ordinary boosting of an existing organic post is treated as paid advertising and also requires separate written permission.
The license applies only to content you intentionally submit, post in the Community, or make public in connection with the Challenge. It does not cover unrelated private account content, private notes, direct messages, unpublished drafts, raw Identity Blueprint answers, Zara conversations, or unrelated personal content.
You may email Support@bellahroze.com to withdraw permission for new future organic marketing uses. Withdrawal is prospective and does not require Zenyx to recall emails, posts, recordings, presentations, screenshots, or materials already published, distributed, scheduled, or incorporated before the request was processed. Zenyx may continue storing content where necessary for proof records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and Community integrity.
5. Community conduct
You must communicate lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, infringe rights, disclose another person’s private information, upload unlawful content, or otherwise misuse the Community. Zenyx may moderate, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate participation for safety, legal, payment, fraud, or material-rule violations. Removal for misconduct does not create a refund.
6. Participant representations
You represent that you own or have the necessary permission for content you submit or publish; that identifiable people appearing in submitted content have authorized that use where required; and that your statements, testimonials, screenshots, and results are truthful and not misleading.
7. Payments and refunds
The price and payment terms are those shown at checkout. All Challenge sales are final and are governed by the Come Up Challenge Refund Policy. Access, credits, digital delivery, live-session availability, Community access, and proprietary frameworks cannot be returned. Duplicate-charge corrections, verified system failures, and rights that cannot legally be waived are handled as stated in the Refund Policy.
Filing a payment dispute does not eliminate amounts legitimately owed. Zenyx may provide records of checkout acceptance, access, delivery, usage, credits, and participation to the payment processor.
8. No earnings or outcome guarantee
Examples, testimonials, demonstrations, and participant results are illustrative only. Zenyx does not guarantee income, sales, customers, views, followers, virality, product completion, store approval, payment-processor approval, or any particular business outcome. Results depend on you and on many external factors.
9. AI and third-party services
Challenge activities may use AI-generated output and third-party services such as Stripe, Zoom, email and SMS providers, hosting providers, and social platforms. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for your products, claims, taxes, licenses, intellectual property, pricing, customer service, refunds to your own buyers, and compliance. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
10. Privacy
Challenge data is handled under the Come Up Challenge Privacy Notice and the general Zenyx Privacy Policy.
11. Communications
You consent to transactional Challenge emails and in-app notices needed to deliver enrollment confirmations, access, schedule updates, assignments, support, security, graduation, and account notices. Marketing email and SMS consent remains separate where required, and you may use the available opt-out methods. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages.
12. Suspension and termination
Zenyx may suspend or terminate access for failed or reversed payment, fraud, chargebacks, account sharing, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, unlawful conduct, platform abuse, or material breach. Any surviving payment, intellectual-property, content-license, disclaimer, liability, dispute, and recordkeeping provisions remain effective.
13. General legal terms
The disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions, and other general provisions in the Zenyx Terms of Service are incorporated into these Challenge Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. No waiver is created by delayed enforcement.
