All Come Up Challenge sales are final.
The Challenge provides immediate and/or scheduled access to proprietary digital frameworks, software features, promotional credits, implementation systems, downloads, Community access, live-session capacity, and educational content that cannot be returned. By purchasing and affirmatively accepting this Refund Policy before payment, you acknowledge that the purchase is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
No refunds for
- changing your mind;
- not attending or missing live sessions;
- not completing assignments;
- not using all features, credits, downloads, Community access, or support;
- dissatisfaction with AI-generated output;
- inability or unwillingness to implement;
- lack of sales, income, views, followers, customers, virality, or any other desired outcome;
- schedule conflicts, device or internet problems, social-platform issues, Stripe or payment-processor approval, account restrictions, or third-party outages outside Zenyx’s reasonable control;
- removal or suspension caused by misconduct, account sharing, payment reversal, fraud, infringement, harassment, or breach;
- purchasing another product or deciding a different program is preferable.
Digital access and delivery
Refund eligibility does not arise because you delay logging in. Enrollment reserves cohort capacity and triggers account, delivery, access, credit, communication, and program operations. Accessing Day 1, generating an Identity Blueprint or product, downloading material, using credits, attending a live session, submitting proof, entering the Community, or otherwise consuming Challenge value further confirms digital delivery. None of these creates a refund right.
Limited corrections and exceptions
- Verified duplicate charges will be corrected.
- If a confirmed Zenyx system error prevents you from receiving the Challenge access you purchased, and Zenyx cannot restore access within a reasonable time after notice, Zenyx may provide a replacement, credit, rescheduled access, or refund as appropriate.
- Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right required by applicable law.
- Any discretionary exception must be in writing from Bellah Roze Brand and Wealth Studio LLC and does not change this policy for anyone else.
Charge inquiries
Please contact Support@bellahroze.com promptly about any billing error. When responding to a payment dispute, Zenyx may submit checkout acceptance, access, delivery, credit usage, download, login, attendance, proof, and support records to your bank or payment processor.
Cancellation versus refund
The Challenge is a one-time cohort purchase unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Canceling a separate Zenyx subscription does not refund the Challenge purchase, and Challenge enrollment does not automatically create an ongoing subscription unless that is clearly disclosed at checkout.
